CALL FOR PAPERS – ABSTRACTS
Deadline: Monday, July 7, 2025___Monday, July 21, 2025
Proposals must be submitted through the communications platform, following the template (800 words), within the indicated deadlines, and referencing one of the five thematic lines of EGA26. The Review Committee will carry out an initial evaluation of the proposals received on time and in the correct format to determine their acceptance or rejection. The Scientific Committee will ratify the selection of accepted proposals, which must then be further developed into full papers suitable for inclusion in the book of proceedings.
FULL PAPERS (template in English)
Deadline: Monday, November 10, 2025 (extended until Monday, November 24, 2025)
Full papers must be submitted through the communications platform, following the template (3,500 words excluding abstract, notes, and bibliography), and within the specified deadlines.
The Review Committee will carry out a second evaluation of the full papers, and acceptance will result in the inclusion of the full texts in the DIGITAL BOOK OF PROCEEDINGS, which will have an ISBN, Legal Deposit, DOI, and handle. Previously, it will be mandatory to formalize the registrations of the COMMUNICATION and the registration of each one of the AUTHORS in the corresponding modality.
- Each author may submit a maximum of two papers.
- There is a maximum of four authors per paper.
The full papers ranked best by the Scientific Committee will be selected for oral presentation during the conference and must adhere strictly to the order and format established in the final EGA26 program.
COLLECTIVE PUBLICATION – SPRINGER
Full papers accepted may be published in a collective publication of the SPRINGER publishing. The new (shorter) communications will be generated with their own template (in English), will involve a selection process, and will only be published if they comply with the publication policies described in ABOUT.
